That is so bizarre, but in a strange way it reminds me of my apartment! (top floor, no control over heat, heat is turned off completely in Spring and not turned on until November). During the 4th of July heat wave last year it was over 100 degrees F in our apt. Then we sleep with the window cracked all winter!
