Yes, I'm so looking forward to Voyage of the Dawn Treader. :)

I think for me what suffered was that in the case of Narnia--CS Lewis leaves a lot more to the imagination than the authors of other recent adaptations. So I found it more jarring when details had been filled in differently than my brain had imagined them. I read the books hundreds of times as a child, so I've got a very clear personal picture of how things were/are. It made things hard.
