I am finished with my first food security class!!!! I really enjoyed this class and would recommend it immensely. I learned a lot, it was relevant and my classmates and the instructor were fantastic. I think this is one of the best online courses that I have ever taken. I am already registered for the applied research methods class, which starts mid January. I am not particularly looking forward to this one, but I think I shall have to overcome that bias. I do love methodologies, etc, so it's entirely possible that I will really dig this course.
