Public service inquiry-

Could someone who watches "Angel" tell me how Spike is appearing on that show, since he's supposed to be dead?

*draws long breath*

a mysterious package was sent to the l.a. branch of wolfram and hart, the evil law firm whose operations in l.a. are controlled by team angel (that's /another/ story). when said package was opened, spike appeared, but in ghostly-can't-touch-anything form. yaddy yaddy yadda, a few episodes later, another package was sent to the firm (by formerly one-handed urban cowboy lindsey), and when /that/ was opened, spike became all solid (after a not-so-impressive bright flash). ta da. welcome to l.a., william the bloody.

Thank you so much! I was betting that it would be you or [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] who would have the answer.
