Spring/summer fashion goals
Apr. 10th, 2008 08:34 amI actually have fashion resolutions this spring/summer. I would like to wear more kicky skirts and business casual, but my job doesn't really accomodate this at this time. I spend a lot of time with farmers, and when I'm in town, I also spend a lot of time visiting with artists. People do sometimes wear business casual in this city, but it's not really a dress up kind of town.
That said, this spring/summer, I plan to
1. Wear shirts that are not t-shirts. I still love my t-shirts, but I can wear more button down shirts, or shirts with detailing on them rather than just t-shirts all the time. Frankly, it's getting dull.
2. Wear more colour and white. I have a tendency to pick darker colours, but I actually look good in bright colours and because my skin is dark, I look really nice in white. I am almost 32 years old, which means I am a grown up and can start wearing more white. I avoid it because I have a tendency to spill things. It's time to grow up!
