blue_lotus13I'm so crabby today that it's not even funny. I finished putting together my poetry manuscript and was getting ready to mail it to a publisher that I'd chosen, when I noticed that they were not publishing poetry at this time. AAAAAAH! So I had to choose another publisher immediately, because I feel like the manuscript must be out in the world and I don't want it to be sitting in a drawer when someone could be reading it. As a result, it will still get mailed out today. After more searching on the Net, It looks like I will spend part of next week writing query letters to continue my quest to find a home for this thing. It's easier to be lazy and keep it in the drawer. However, I plan to approach every publishing house in Canada before I give up. If no one wants it, I'll re-work and try again.
