Sooooo... they're LUCKY that European settlers came in, stole their ancestor's land, gave them clothing flush with sicknesses, raped and abused their children and forced them to live on tiny pockets of their own land? For that, I think no tax and cheap cigarettes is the absolute very LEAST the goverment can do. And they truly have done the very least.
