blue_lotus13Whee! I'm in Saskatoon! My friend/former co-worker came to Edmonton on Tuesday, right before my trapeze lesson. I went to my class and then came home and Ian and I watched "Young at Heart", which I completely recommend. Such a sweet movie.
Then we got up Wednesday morning to prepare for our cross-provincial drive. We ended up leaving at 11 am and didn't really stop for a long break the whole way. We stopped in Viking and Cut Knife to wander around, use facilities and take weird pictures, and we stopped in Wainwright so I could buy fresh BC apples and Ian could buy some beef jerky. We then drove to his sister's house and my mom picked me up from there. She then drove me home where I said hello to my dad, who was incredibly spacey as he had just had dental surgery and was sedated. He was pretty much out of it, which was a little freaky. We had an incredibly quiet evening. I've already taken Fergus for two walks and have just been hanging out at home. So nice and peaceful.
