Holy fricking tourists!!

blue_lotus13There are so many tourists here right now that it's rather unnerving. They all seem like clones, or like they've popped out of the sewers or something.
All the tourists are in town for the Naadam festival, which begins tomorrow. Ingrid, Peter, Chris and I will be heading out to watch them at 9 a.m. After that, we'll be watching archery and wrestling.
There are tons of people downtown buying food and alcohol for the festivities, and I've already seen several people weaving around the streets.
Should be an interesting couple of days, to say the least.
Tonight Jen, Andy, Henry, Dorothy and assorted others are going to the UB palace disco. This disco features a mechanical pig, which flies around the room, dropping money and condoms. I would truly love to see this pig, but unfortunately, I've got to work.
