Anyway, I just found a fascinating article on women in action films, and how they are still pretty damn sexist.

It's in ms. magazine's blog- which is really good.

One thing that they mentioned is that women action heroes tend to do a lot of kicking. This makes sense to me, since women tend to have more lower body strength. On the other hand, the article says that when the cameras film the women, they tend to linger more on their butts and legs and it tends to be more sexual.

Okay, I need to do work, but I love the World Wide Waste of Time...

Speaking of attractive women, I think I love my new icon.

Nope, it's Eliza Dushku (Duckshoot) of "Buffy" and "Bring it on" fame. I think she's gorgeous.

oh wow! I was wondering who it was was, and I know what Eliza looks like, but what a different photo of her (the straight hair and bangs). She's one sexy girl, in fact, she is an indicator for me of someone's taste - if they think she's cute, then they might be alright ;)

Yeah, that's a pretty good indicator of cuteness. As a dark muscular girl, I should probably consider that as an indicator as well. Did you know she's half Albanian? That explains the eyes.
