Jul. 3rd, 2004 01:22 pmHey, I'm back in town for a few days. We finally finished the Kananaskis contract. I survived! I was even making money at the end!! I'm so proud of myself, as I was really scared and didn't think I could do it at the beginning. But I did, and I survived and all is well. I have four days to rest in Saskatoon before I head to Slave Lake for about 21 more days of planting. I'm getting much better at planting, and am in amazing physical shape.
I should be done this whole endeavour at the beginning of August. Then I will be home, getting ready to move to Vancouver. I'm both nervous and excited about this.
Last week, my grandfather's wife died. My dad is in charge of selling her condo. My aunts came up for the funeral, so they were here yesterday when I got home. I plan to take it easy for the next few days, and just rest and relax. Tomorrow my mom is taking me to see Fahrenheit 9-11, which I'm looking forward to. I might check out the new Harry Potter and some other movies too.
