Lots of new things in bullet form
Oct. 29th, 2004 03:20 pm1.I've been training for my new part time job at Chapters, and that's going well. I think the other people who are training with me must think I'm a huge geek, because I went on a huge tangent about literary prizes etc.
2. Yesterday [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and I met up with [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] who is quite a lovely human being.
3. I am having a very quiet day, which is desperately needed.
4. I met a woman who interviewed Michael Franti. Apparently he is very nice and genuine.
5. I replaced one of my cds. While I was planting, I accidentally threw out one of my cd cases. This means I threw out 25 of my favourite cds. I almost cried when I found this out. Today I replaced my Nina Simone cd, and it's exactly what I feel like listening to.
