Stuff I've made lately
Jul. 11th, 2005 04:36 pmThis weekend consisted of working and sleeping. When I wasn't doing one of those, I was reading.
I've been quite into making things lately. I finished my costume for the Harry Potter party at work last Friday. I'm really happy with it and it's quite creative. Hopefully I'll get B* to take a picture of me wearing it at some point.
Our garden has flourished. We were quite successful with yellow beans, peas, kale, swiss chard, bok choy and herbs. Our carrots failed miserably.
Speaking of failure, I attempted to make a kale cream pasta but I made the sauce too thick and it tasted like glue. I redeemed myself by making a chocolate puffed rice crispy snack from the "How it all vegan" cookbook.
We are starting production at "Ricepaper", and I have had to do a lot of editing lately.
