Nov. 17th, 2005 09:34 amToday I'm off to do a little interview for a story I'm writing for The Vancouver Courier. I occasionally write stories for the Main Street and Commercial Drive supplements, and this time, the editor asked me if I wanted to write this, and I didn't even have to pitch to her.
I've been working like a fiend between all my jobs, which is nice because I feel more productive and my depression about my lack of job opportunities has been greatly reduced. I'm also taking a marketing class which I've enjoyed. However, it's a really intense class and has eaten up the small amount of spare time I have in between working. I'm looking forward to finishing it so I can do something else.
My socializing has been very limited, and when I have off social time, I tend to spend it with B*. Thanks to all my friends for their patience. Like I keep on saying, it's not that I don't like you, my life is just a bit crazy right now.
I also haven't been able to do any of my own writing, and I'm looking forward to getting back to it after my class is done. I want to write some fiction, I have some poems in my head, and then there's the big project that I'm working on, which I will talk about later :)
