Thanks to everyone who has been helping me out. To make it even easier (or to entice people) I am posting the questions behind the cut in case anyone wants to fill them out and e-mail them to me. (meli.mello@gmail.com). The more answers I get the easier this project will be. You don't have to have an online store to fill them out - you just need to be crafty!
