I've been waiting to see this movie ever since I heard it was being filmed.

The trailer seen here on the Mongol movie website, nearly made me pee my pants with anticipation.

I love that it was filmed in Mongolia. The filming and cinematography displays everything I love about that barren, desolate land.

antarcticlust and I saw the trailer before Indy 4 and as soon as it started we looked at each other wide-eyed and "squeeed." I believe the New York Times gave it a good review.

It was nominated for the foreign film Oscar, so that's promising.

i've really been looking forward to it, partly because i lurve tadanobu asano. i think it should hit chicago soon . . .
