I live in my saran wrap world
free from dirty thoughts
I am encased in plastic
engulfed in synthetics
to stop the cycle
to let me be perfect
I am so plastic
Barbie is jealous
I refuse to think of things
that are not plastic
I will not let you spoil me
I will not let you hurt me
The smile is engraved on my face
in perfect pink paint
My hair resists movement
I resist all carnage,
all the insecurities that your
meat eating soul wants to rip out of me
I laugh at your reality
I am plastic.
