Who would play you?- A complete and diversionary fantasy...

I came up with this topic because Will Smith has always reminded me of my brother. I'm not sure why, as my brother is Cree and Will Smith is black. Will Smith has big ears, and my brother has normal sized ears. However, a lot of their movements and mannerisms are similar.

If I was to do something amazing, and make a movie version of my life, Will Smith would be cast as my brother. (This is if I had complete casting rights.)

Now who would I cast as me???

If I continue in the vein of "complete fantasy", I would probably choose-

1. Audrey Tatou (except I'm nowhere as cute as she is, and I don't know if she can do moody)

2. Shannyn Sossamon (but I don't know if she can act)

3. Liane Balaban, Canadian actress, Star of "New Waterford Girl". Actually, I think she would be the best choice.

Alyson Hannigan is probably best for me. Slightly frightening is the fact that the BF looks a lot like Jason Biggs.

But I think I'd cast Bradley Whitford to play him.

the other night, i was concentrating on somethig and paddy said i looked like that bridget jones girl. uhhh, what's her name? renee? it was something about the way i was sticking out my lips. because my eyes aren't all squinchy and i'm no longer a blonde. heh.

though really, i think the role of me would have to be played by someone kind of down-to-earthy. not totally granola, but not all fancy schmancy. i'm going to have to think on this one.

I once read Ms. Sossamon described (quite aptly) as a 'charisma-free zone'. She is, in my opinion, among the worst actresses in Hollywood.

i love shannyn sossamon! i will stop what i am doing when she is on screen. my boyfriend says we do the same lip biting thing. that which makes me so happy! i am such a geek when it comes to her. i had a haircut similar to the one she had in rules of attraction. i just love her style and her movements.
i had her image as my user icon.

so you'd think i would pick her, but she'd have to gain a whole lot of weight and not be quite so cute.

In the past year I've been told by any number of people, completely independently of each other, that I totally remind them of Lauren Ambrose of Six Feet Under (including Deborah, when I met her at the ChickLit book swap). So I'm going with Lauren (only with glasses)

Me, I think we decided was brunette Joan Cusack. I don't know how accurate that is though.
