I'm scared of hand related injuries, including carpal tunnel and tendonitis. I spend a lot of my time typing or writing. I try to do some yoga hand stretches, but occasionally, I find that my fingers are still stiff. Does anyone have any tips or ideas for me?

the cobra pose is supposed to be very good for easing carpal tunnel symptoms.

i do exercises every day to keep my CTS at bay, and so far, so good (knock wood!). i stretch my arms (ease the tension on that median nerve!), do wrist exercises with weights every morning, mind my ergonomics...
